1000L toothpaste mixing machine
The vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is a complete system integrating multiple functions—mixing, dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, and powder suction—into one compact unit. It comes equipped with an electric control system and can also be used in conjunction with external oil and water phase tanks, as well as vacuum and heating/cooling systems. This equipment is specifically designed for producing toothpaste and other similar products. Materials are processed through central agitation at the upper part of the emulsification tank, while PTFE scrapers continuously follow the shape of the mixing vessel, effectively scraping off any material clinging to the tank walls. This action ensures that freshly exposed surfaces are constantly created, allowing for continuous shear, compression, and folding as the material passes between the blades and rotating vanes. The mixture then flows downward toward the homogenizer located at the bottom of the tank. Importantly, since the emulsification tank operates under vacuum conditions, any air bubbles generated during the mixing process are promptly removed. By employing vacuum technology, the final product remains free from entrapped air bubbles throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring the creation of high-quality formulations characterized by exceptional smoothness, fine texture, and excellent extensibility.
