Fully Automatic Round and Flat Bottle Labeling Machine
This labeling machine features synchronized imported motor control, ensuring precise labeling with minimal error and high efficiency. It is equipped with optional fault and data-value alarm systems, and can be connected to a printer to generate shift-specific production records, enabling automatic monitoring of production status. Key features of the labeling machine include: automatic bottle separation, label feeding, label peeling, labeling, and automatic batch number printing. A built-in encoder captures signals, while PLC programmable logic control ensures seamless operation—complete with a user-friendly touch-screen interface and synchronous motor drive for effortless, accurate labeling. Additionally, the machine is compatible with various bottle shapes, such as flat or square bottles, thanks to its optional fully imported microcomputer control system. For ultra-large-scale operations, a quad-voltage motor is employed, enhancing both speed and labeling precision simultaneously.

The automatic vertical round and flat bottle labeling machine is widely used for applying labels to objects with various specifications—specifically, those featuring circular surfaces or tapered cylindrical bottles. It’s ideal for industries such as cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, toys, hardware, and plastics. This versatile machine supports full-wrap and half-wrap labeling options, as well as dual-labeling on both the front and back of cylindrical containers, with adjustable spacing between the front and back labels.
Optional accessories include a circumferential positioning detection system, enabling precise circumferential label placement. Additionally, users can equip the machine with ribbon coding devices or inkjet printers, allowing simultaneous printing of production batch numbers, dates, and other critical information during the labeling process. This integration of labeling and coding functions streamlines packaging operations, boosting overall production efficiency.
The machine is compatible with a wide range of adhesive labels, including self-adhesive films, electronic regulatory codes, barcodes, QR codes, and even transparent labels. | 1. The labeling speed is fast and highly accurate, with the conveyor belt speed controlled by variable frequency, allowing adjustment of the labeling speed according to production needs.
2. Suitable for round bottles of various sizes. The conveyor belt guardrails can be adjusted according to the bottle diameter, eliminating the need to change molds for bottles with different diameters.
3. The label disc has a wide range of applications. Under normal circumstances, different labels do not require mold changes.
4. Touchscreen control with dual-language operation in Chinese and English. German PLC system.
5. Equipped with casters for easy mobility. The feet are fitted with horizontal adjustment mechanisms.
6. Equipped with the German SICK photoelectric detection and positioning system for precise label application.
