Shampoo and liquid soap semi filling machine
An pneumatic filling machine is a device that uses compressed gas as its power source for the filling process. This machine features convenient and quick adjustment of filling volume, an attractive appearance, a compact design, and high filling speed. The material holder is adjustable, allowing it to be tailored to the dimensions of the filling container. The metering mechanism employs a plunger system, making it easy to regulate both the filling volume and the filling speed (the filling volume can be adjusted by modifying the stroke valve on the cylinder, while the filling speed is controlled via the speed control valve attached to the cylinder). Additionally, the machine ensures precise filling with a计量 error of less than 2%. The filling nozzle can also be easily replaced depending on the type of material being filled. This machine is available in two models: hopper-type and self-priming-type.
