The semi-automatic filling and sealing machine primarily uses a indexing mechanism to drive a turntable equipped with fixtures, enabling intermittent motion. This process automates tasks such as tube feeding, alignment, filling, as well as internal and external heating, sealing, cap pressing, edge trimming, and final product ejection—all in one seamless sequence. The machine ensures precise filling volumes, stable and adjustable heating times, and produces beautifully neat, secure, and hygienic seals. Additionally, the trimmed edges are perfectly smooth. The machine is designed with 10 operational stations, allowing the entire process—from start to finish—to be completed automatically. Overall, the equipment operates smoothly and reliably.
The entire machine, including all components that come into contact with materials and certain related parts, is crafted from high-quality stainless steel.
