Structure and Performance:

1. A high-quality LCD display programming controller combined with button-operated interface provides comprehensive monitoring of the equipment’s stepless speed control, parameter settings, production count statistics, air pressure indication, and fault displays—making operation simple and user-friendly.


2. Fully automated process completing tube feeding, alignment, inert gas purging of the thermometer body (optional), filling, sealing, coding, and final product output—all in one seamless workflow.


3. A high-precision alignment system reduces the color difference range between the tube body and the color markers.


4. The adjustment mechanism is externally mounted with digital display of position, enabling quick and precise adjustments (ideal for production involving multiple specifications and product varieties).


5. Integrates mechanical, optical, electrical, and pneumatic systems for tube-free filling—ensuring no filling occurs without proper tubing in place, detecting low air pressure, and featuring automatic display (and alarm) functions.
