Fully Automatic Hose Filling and Sealing Machine
The hose filling and sealing machine is entirely made of stainless steel, and its operation is controlled via buttons: manual tube loading, 8-in-1 automatic rotation, precise quantitative filling, automatic cutting, heat sealing, tail trimming, and final product ejection. The entire process is driven by cylinders with full-stroke control, making it easy to adjust the filling volume and allowing for adjustable filling speed. This machine is suitable for filling, sealing, date printing, and tail trimming of plastic and composite hoses in various specifications. It delivers aesthetically pleasing, neatly finished seals that are firmly bonded, ensuring high measurement accuracy and excellent operational stability. Depending on the material being processed, optional features include a hopper heating system and anti-stringing filling technology.
