The material holder is adjustable, allowing it to be tailored to the dimensions of the filling containers. The metering mechanism employs a plunger system, making it easy to fine-tune both the filling volume and the filling speed (the filling volume can be adjusted by modifying the stroke valve on the cylinder, while the filling speed is controlled via the speed control valve attached to the cylinder). Additionally, the machine ensures precise filling with a计量 error of less than 2%. The filling nozzle can also be easily replaced depending on the type of material being dispensed. This machine is available in two models: hopper-type and self-priming.

Structure and Performance:

1. This machine is equipped with a cylindrical material container featuring double-layer electric heating and includes a paddle-type stirring mechanism. It can perform functions such as heating, mixing, and temperature control for paste-like or liquid materials, enabling the precise filling of materials requiring heating, stirring, or constant-temperature conditions within specified limits—thus achieving the desired outcome.

2. This machine uses compressed air for filling, features dual heads and dual lines, employs a cursor-activated braking system, and delivers significantly faster speeds compared to the bottle-positioning method.

3. The pneumatic components are sourced from AirTac of Taiwan;

4. The material-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements;

5. Equipped with a filling volume adjustment knob, allowing the filling speed to be freely regulated for high precision.

6. The filling nozzle features anti-drip, anti-stringing, and a lifting/filling mechanism.

7. The material is kept warm from the hopper to the discharge end of the filling nozzle using heating wires.

8. The machine is equipped with casters at the bottom for easy mobility.
