Double-head vertical filling machine
An pneumatic filling machine is a device that uses compressed gas as its power source for the filling process. This machine features convenient and rapid adjustment of filling volume, an aesthetically pleasing design, a compact structure, and high filling speed. The material holder is adjustable, allowing it to be customized according to the dimensions of the filling containers. The metering mechanism employs a plunger system, making it easy to fine-tune both the filling volume and the filling speed (the filling volume can be adjusted by modifying the stroke valve on the cylinder, while the filling speed is controlled via the speed control valve attached to the cylinder). Additionally, the machine ensures precise filling with a计量 error of less than 2%. The filling nozzle can also be easily replaced depending on the type of material being dispensed. This machine is available in two models: hopper-type and self-priming-type.
